Why is broadband lumped in with traffic and highway measures? It should be its own separate thing or lump it in with a bill to break up monopolies like Rogers, Bell and Telus.
Also, please do not force the removal of bike lanes. I do not use a bike to get around the city but I have seen a vast improvement to the safety of all travellers with it in place. I no longer need to worry about people cutting into my lane at the last minute to avoid someone who has illegally parked. The bike lanes were paid for by city funds, let us become like every world class city and have accessibility for all users.
