This needs to be in place - we are so close to NOT having an environment - no amount of money is going to pull us back from the effect of climate change if we don't act NOW! The money goes back to the people so people suffering from the effects from fire,water, storms etc. don't have to suffer without funds to pay to get housing etc. if for e.g. their house burnt down.
What burns me is that you know this - it's just that you want votes and money and power and really don't care about anything except what you look like to get votes and money - which in the end is going to be utterly useless!! And the rest of us have to pay for your greed!
