Specifically pertaining to the bike lane clauses: this is unreasonable overreach of the provincial government on municipal affairs. Let cities build their infrastructure as they see fit, for the people that live there. If people outside of those cities have issues with getting where they need to by car, then the solution is to build better mass transportation solutions rather than make things more difficult and UNSAFE for the LOCALS that LIVE there.
