I am concerned that this proposal is jumping the gun on this situation. While I am not a cyclist myself, I do see alternatives to driving as a positive for the city. Perhaps the focus should first be on enforcement of traffic laws; I cannot fathom the number of times I have been stuck at an intersection downtown due to gridlock.
