I am opposed to the cancellation of cap-and-trade until a better alternative is ready to be passed into law. Personally I favour the fee-and-dividend approach as a progressive carbon tax, but cap-and-trade is better than nothing (i.e. keeping Ontario's collective head buried in the sand while the climate changes).
