I am a voter who is angry…

I am a voter who is angry about the cancellation of the cap and trade program;
the Government of Ontario is responsible for the long-term well being of its citizens, and climate change threatens our safety;
carbon pricing means we pay a little more now to prevent the billions of dollars in climate change-fueled storms that we will incur as taxpayers and homeowners in the future;
the sudden and haphazard dismantling of cap and trade is bad for business and quality of life in Ontario - it is not a move “for the people”;
climate change is the greatest threat to humanity, and catastrophic effects will occur by as soon as 2040. We must set aggressive emission reduction targets and create a plan to meet them;
our future must be carbon neutral, and we must start working towards that NOW.
