There is no fat at that bike lanes increase traffic. This is going backwards! We need to expand the network of bike lanes and encourage more use of e-bikes as well and get cars off the road - that will reduce gridlock! Encourage people to work from home , four day work week! Look at smart solutions - this is deal breaker isssue - bike lanes and safety for cyclists needs to be a priorty for cities as part of the public transport plan - make it easier for people to transport their bikes on transit too!
