To merit this change I would like to know the number of tags awarded but not claimed in the first choice of the second allocation.

I believe it punitive to forfeit a hunters points, which they may have spent years accumulating, for a tag they do not wish to claim or are otherwise unable to claim. - I firmly DO NOT support this part of the proposal.

I do support a deadline to claim tags awarded on the first choice of the second allocation prior to the relevant moose season opening.

I do support the unclaimed tags being offered to hunters for purchase through a random draw based on their second and third choices.(non-points based) These tag opportunities should be available throughout the moose season and no deadline to claim them.
