we must completely rewrite legislation so that corporations, factories, agriculture reduce their carbon footprint. we must make new laws making any companies that contribute to pollution(air, water, etc.), worsening air and water quality, subject to severe fines, and even imprisonment, if not adhering to said new legislation.
