To whom it may concern, as a concerned citizen of Ontario, I must express my deepest concerns regarding the cancellation of the cap and trade mechanism. It is a step backwards, and contrary to a scientific consensus as to the XXI century's most pressing issue. Cap and trade is one of the most effective methods to cut carbon emissions as demonstrated by the Kyoto Protocol. Canada has the chance to act as a leader, and benefit from a green technological transition. Dont fight it, join the fight. Now is the time, before it is too late.
