Please include a mandatory acceptance of the tag for any successful 1st choice parties, if they have been successful in the first draw and rejected the tag once before.

i.e: In 2022 John applies 1st draw for bull with his 20 points. He is successful. Does not claim tag as someone else in his party with fewer points was also successful. John then keeps his points for next season.

2023 John gets a bull tag again with his 21 points. But again another hunting partner with fewer points gets a tag, so he doesn't claim it. So come 2024 he now has 22 points. And gets another tag.

If the "John" loses his points after in 2023 for not claiming that tag, it opens the door for someone else to be successful.

** For outfitters: Go with a Bulls only, 10 Point system implemented in parts of BC and Alaska. The Bull has to have a minimum of 10 points or 3 fighters on one side of it's antlers to be harvested. The boys will come for a chance to harvest a mature bull, and get to experience the hunt with close encounters with immature animals.

Outfitters have to report all harvests and proof of the animal's qualification.

The bulls will have time to mature and breed several times and leave the cows and calves to increase the population while drawing in hunters that previously had no tags.
