I find it terrifying that it’s 2018 and we are considering removing this essential tool for combatting climate change. We are already experiencing the ramifications of climate change and this is no time to reduce our efforts. The cap and trade policy targets some of the largest pollutants in Ontario and that’s why the policy is so key in our plan to reduce our carbon footprint and try to reduce our negative impact on the environment.
