I completely disagree with the goverment’s proposed Cap and Trade Cancellation ACT 2018.
Climate change is an immediate threat to life on earth. To disregard the overwhelming evidence that carbon emissions must be curtailed to prevent an increase in global warming is irresponsible or worse. If you enact this legislation, we can expect a growing cascade of
environmental catastrophies - flooding, forest fires, violent storms, scorching heat in many parts of the world and more. You must not repeal the Climate Change Mitigation and Low Carbon Economy Act 2016.
