Ground water should be preserved primarily for local public drinking water. Agricultural use should be the second priority. Use by local industry should be the third priority. Recreational use should be the fourth priority. Industrial bottling of ground water should not be permitted. Ground water is too precious a resource to be frittered away so wastefully, especially if it is for export out of the watershed.
