I support this moratorium as…

I support this moratorium as a guelph resident. Nestle is not the kind of company we should be subsidizing, as they bring little value to our community and profit off our natural resources. Additionally, from an environmental perspective, we should not be subsidizing or supporting companies that create so much plastic waste, which our facilities are not always able to recycle. They are a burden to our public services, such as our natural resources and our waste management, and provide very little value to the surrounding community. I support this moratorium and think that Nestle should pay much, much more for their permit to draw water from our region. I would also support not renewing their license at all as again, they provide very little value to the guelph community.
