A moratorium for one year…

A moratorium for one year seems like a waste of time. Many of us are wondering how long we can go before our own water safety is in jeopardy. Bottled water is a first world problem that we should be eliminating. Not to mention the pollution caused by all those plastic bottles. My opinion would be that we phase out bottled water apart from emergency situations. Or if that isn’t feasible at this point in time, have the bottlers siphon off a percentage of their profits to provide safe drinking water for all indigenous reserves. This was their land, their water rights should be paramount.
