I would like to suggest, that in my opinion, an extension of the moratorium on water bottle permits until January 1 2020 is a good start.

I would urge the government to consider revoking any rights to remove the water and, if that is not possible, to increase the cost of removing water so that the fee is the same as that paid by individuals on their home water bill. I do not understand why a business should be paying so little for water that, literally, you can buy water from aberfoyle in Hawaii cheaper then water bottled in hawaii..
