Corporations should not be able to pay so little for water. If their price to pull groundwater is increased then they'll pass it on to consumers. If our cost to purchase bottled water increases, we may think twice about grabbing it from the convenience store/gas station cooler. This will help preserve our watersheds and reduce the empty plastic water bottles that end up polluting our beautiful lakes & streams.
