I strongly disagree with the introduction of this bill. It is not economically efficient to try to stuff large personal vehicles into downtown Toronto, it heavily restricts the maximum number of people who can travel and therefore how productive the city can be. We should be concentrating on improving bike lanes & public transport to let people move around more efficiently, cheaply and sustainably, not building more freeways.
