I am deeply concerned for the provincial overreach in Bill 212, that the province can dictate things like traffic laws in municipalities.

I am also concerned about the removal of environmental protections that are required of provincial governments building things.

I also think it is sneaky to add that the provincial government can take your land or property if it is close to a highway for expansion.

There are major issues with this bill that are being hidden behind bike lane removal.
