After telling The Ombudsman and myself you are reviewing the policy for the past 3 years are you just now starting to consult.

This is the 5th review consultation I have seen the MTO conduct. What good is a policy if no one ever enforces it.

I think the MTO should have the same policy and the same enforcement throughout the province so different corridor management officers don’t each decide which
rules to apply and which not to apply.

Changes have occurred over the past 5 years without notice or consultation

I have for the last 5 years plus worked with The Omnbudsman to get your ever changing
policy enforced .

Get every sign which is out of compliance or does not have a permit down and not in 35 years from now .

Finally HAVE AN APPEAL PROCESS OR A PERSON WHO FAIRLY DECIDES APPEALS FROM THOSE SEEKING PERMITS OR DISAGREEING WITH A MTO DECISION WHO ENFORCES THE POLICY EQUALLY ACROSS THE PROVINCE .

When will we actually see illegal signs, trucks , wagons etc removed from our highways . By approximately what date will the process be complete for those signs which are up right now?

I have asked The Minister and the Premiere many, many times for a meeting. Can you set up a meeting for me with The Minister?
