As a resident of Ontario and someone who exclusively commutes by car - I oppose this bill vehemently because it licenses the government to steal privately owned land.

Specifically, it prevents registered owners form applying under the expropriations act for the adjustment of the date of possession for land that was expropriated by the Minister for the purposes of priority highway project.

This is a flagrant breach of my rights as an Ontarian and Canadian. Bill 212 must not pass.
