The section that overrides the expropriations act is wrong, allowing the Province to build a highway anywhere it pleases even if it cuts through someone's home and property? Give me a break. That's robbery and worse. Passing this bill is a violation, and the province knows this because how else would it know to propose this change? Do not let this bill pass.
