I completed the survey, but want to add that I think the moratorium should be extended well beyond a year. Ground water does not always renew at the rate which it is extracted. It is not a completely renewable resource depending on the speed we use it. The people of Ontario should have more priority than businesses. There are many more ways Ontario can be open for business without selling our water for pennies so companies can make millions.
