I use the Bloor bike lanes three days a week to get to work. The separated bike lanes provide safety for me as a cyclist. They also provide safety for my five-year-old who regularly uses them on the weekend to get around the city. Removing these lanes would put my entire family in more danger. If it is no longer safe, then I will be forced to drive my car and add an additional vehicle to the radio horrific congestion on Toronto’s roads. Highly recommend you revisit this proposal.
