I like the new system and…

I like the new system and would like to see it stay generally as is, the changes proposed are good ones

However I would like to better understand the one statement in regards to the proposed final draw "this process would utilize modern automated processes to avoid long waits on the phone to access a tag."

What modern automated process are you thinking about ? Please, don't let it be attached to the phone system as it was fraught with problems, system overloads and if you happen to be on shift work you could not call in etc...

So it would help to be able to better comment if you were much more clear on what your suggesting
