I believe closing the White Pines Wind project is the wrong decision financially and for the Ontario environment.
Ontario needs energy. Closing this project may save some money in the short-term but will cost taxpayers more in the long run. What is the alternative? Build a costly new coal-fired plant and pollute our air?
Do the right thing for Ontarians and reinstate this project! This is a win-win. Cost-effective, cleaner air and healthier people.
