I oppose dismantling and ending the White Pines Wind Project. There is no grounds for doing so in my mind.
Far more important would be to dismantle the Pickering Nuclear plant, which is truly dangerous.
Nuclear power is an incredible health and environmental threat. Wind power is not.
To be honest, this proposal to terminate the White Pines Wind Project is infuriating, and in my view is purely based on politics.
