This is an overstepping of provincial authority. Let municipalities and cities decide what is best with respect to bike lanes and street planning.
Also, the bike lane issue is such a small section of this Bill. There is so much else included that the government is not talking about. The bike lanes are an attempt to distract the public while the real goal is to force Highway 413 through without proper process.
This Bill should not be passed in its current form.
