This is an absolutely atrocious bill. Aside from the obvious bike lanes being a massive step back in the efforts to fight climate change and improve transit (many studies with regard to induced demand show how stupid this bill is), there are several highly questionable clauses with regard to environmental protections and regulations that need to be removed completely from this act.
