This is a bad faith bill intended to mislead the public and push through powers that would be inappropriate for the government to have or wield.
Traffic studies show that bike lanes are good.
Regulations are in place to require environmental assessments for many reasons.
People should be able to choose if they sell land to the government.
This bill is stagemanship, not statesmanship.
