this is an exceptional idea and kudos to the Ford government for recognizing the dysfunction of decision making at the muni level.
The city of Toronto has lost the plot with respect to congestion. We are a northern climate city, with a lot of inclement weather - ergo bike lanes for 12 months of the year make no sense except for adding expense of snow removal and maintenance (and lack of use)
