I am very concerned about…

I am very concerned about the taking of water by Nestle especially, as well as other companies.
They pay a minimal amount for taking such massive volumes of water. With climate change becoming a reality and the cycle of droughts we're enduring now and forecast for the future, I can't fathom how the government continues to allow these private companies to continue to do this. There is also the concern about plastic waste from the bottles. They certainly, don't all get recycled.

I reside in Guelph and pay a great deal for my water, though I know part of the cost is for water treatment etc., however I do try to be responsible about usage.

I would prefer to see a permanent moratorium on these companies and more appreciation by the government about this valuable resource.
