Two short points:
1) The most bought media for advertising is is now digital. Phones are now the most used media interface in Canada. Spending on outdoor media is dropping like it has with newspapers and other print media.
2) Our lives are surrounded by advertising messaging, adding more outdoor advertising media, would be detrimental to peoples lives and to the natural enjoyment of our beautiful province.
