The City of Guelph appreciates the opportunity to provide comments on the amendments to the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act proposed as part of Bill 238. The attached submission contains three proposed areas for consideration as part of the proposed amendments. We encourage that feedback from the City and other municipalities be taken into consideration.
