PLEASE COMMISSION AN IN DEPTH TRAFFIC STUDY BEFORE ACCEPTING THIS APPLICATION!!!!

This intersection is already one of the worst in the city. I live minutes from here just south of Lawrence between black creek and Keele. I literally loose an hour of my life every week waiting to turn from Black Creek on to Lawrence. I have been rear ended twice in the past year and half due to road raging drivers on black creak who already try to use the shoulders to get out of traffic.

The small plaza is already a mess to try to get in and out of and I cannot imagine that the city will permit a second entrance/exit on to black creek due to safety. This means traffic on Lawrence will become even more of a nightmare as huge spike in the number of people attempting to get in and out

To top it off there are 2 more apartments due to be built on Keele just a block away (to the east, south side of Lawrence before Culford) .

While i would love to see more affordable housing unit and as a parent with a baby would like to see more daycare options i do not believe this area can accommodate anywhere near 1800 new units
