It is not appropriate that the developer is trying to circumvent the standard planning process at the City of Toronto, which includes City approval and community consultation. As a member of the community, I would like to be able to provide my thoughts and input into this development. As I understand it, this zoning order would allow the developer to bypass regular processes which includes community consultation and involvement. I do not support this zoning order request.
