As a resident in the area of Lawrence Ave. W. and Black Creek Dr., I am writing to object to the proposed rezoning (MZO) of the property at 1635 Lawrence Ave. W.

The owner/developer is attempting to bypass the City of Toronto and the local community in an attempt to leave area residents out of the approval process. This is unacceptable. Four towers as described would have a great and negative impact on the neighbouring homes, on local traffic and on infrastructure including, sewers and the natural environment of Black Creek, to name a few. The community must have a say!
