Removal of the environmental assessment for York1 near Dresden in Chatham-Kent has SIGNIFICANT impact on the health and welfare of at risk species found along Molly’s Creek which is adjacent to the site as well as the Sydenham River - a heritage waterway. These waterways have significance to area wildlife and fragile wetland habitats. These waterways site is also in close proximity of the nearby town of Dresden whose residents enjoy the diversity of these nearby waterways including fishing less than 1-2 km from this site. Local residents adjacent to the site have ground wells which also may be impacted by removal of the environmental assessment. This may be a small community but removal of the environmental assessment has BIG IMPACT to this and surrounding areas. I oppose this request
