I do not support this…

I do not support this proposal. The government should not be able to remove species as being protected, this creates an incentive to miscategorize them for economic and social gain, which appears to be the purpose of this proposal. Another point I disagree with is the definition of a habitat as the area immediately surrounding a den/shelter. Most animals roam far away from their homes, not just "immediately" nearby, this seems to shrink the area considered habitat in a wya that does not reflect actual use.
