Skipping the environmental assessment is a poor decision. The dump is obviously a hazard to people and the environment. Then to include hazardous waste into the mix is an absolute disaster waiting to happen. Have we learned nothing from the Walkerton situation? Why are we even setting up the possibly if history repeating itself? Do better for this community.
