I strongly do not support the suggested changes to this act. There are processes in place for a reason to protect our environment! Removing those barriers for companies to do what they want with no regard to our environment is irresponsible, extremely neglectful and NOT what our government should be doing. In this current climate humans need the environment to be protected in order to live. Further, not basing legislation in scientific evidence is absolutely shameful. Science should drive policy NOT economics.
