Hello! I believe there are many concerns that can't be overlooked with regard to placing a landfill so close to the town of Dresden. Bypassing an environmental assessment is a disservice to every living thing in the community/area. What impact will this have on the community, families, land, health? These are vital factors that can't be thrown to the side to accommodate "convenience".
-Water safety and runoff
-Air quality
-Species/animals in the area
-Roadways; public safety, infrastructure/upkeep

Convenience should not ever take priority over quality of life. In my opinion this shouldn't be a question. Putting the cart before the horse never leads to success. Please do the right thing & go through the proper channels to make sure this landfill can exist harmoniously. I'm sure there are plenty of locations that it can.
