My husband has lived in Dresden his whole life, we were married and moved to Dresden and bought a house in 1985. When we bought the house there was an incinerator at the dump, the government closed it down due to pollution. Now years later, they want to start polluting our land and water again. Government is trying to promote recycling and going green, now they want to pass Bill 5 to let whatever happens happen. Our roads in our area will not withstand all of the traffic associated with this dump. Has anyone thought of the consequences of the traffic on our bridge with the heavy trucks? The bridge will not withstand the heavy equipment. Let Doug Ford get all the garbage dumped in his backyard. There would be a big change if that was to happen. So York1, you need to go back home!!
