I am in support of the new proposal. As both an angler and cottage go-er I am aware of this bird's negative impacts on the fish populations and the environmental impacts of their nesting colonies from their waste. Large flocks have again appeared this summer with some exceeding over 60 birds and followed by several other flocks of similar sizes (Parry Sound area). A common sight on the waters.
