I would appreciate the increased maintenance of our highways through such a revenue generating scheme as the one currently being proposed. However, I am by no means in favour of polluting the sides of roads with billboards to fatten the coffers of large corporations and politicians at the expense of nature, decreased human interaction with it, or a greater number of distractors for already incomprehensibly bad drivers.
I believe that it is in the public's best interest to PREVENT alterations to highway scenery, in the form of advertisements.
