As a citizen who lives in a UNESCO Biosphere, we work tirelessly raising awareness and working on public education to local and visiting people.

Many people care about endangered species and those a risk. There are plenty of places to build and many ways to build without putting roads and buildings through the natural habitats of wetlands and forests. Without these areas, nature will be wiped out and this is all a delicate balance.

Many have worked for years to bring these environmental protections into place. I am outraged that with a stroke of a pen for corporate greed, this can all be unravelled. Shame on the Doug Ford and his government and supporters for bringing this Bill forward. He must be stopped now and forever.
