I vehemently oppose this proposal. It is imperative that we maintain and strengthen environmental safeguards to prevent for-profit developers from exploiting our land for their gain. We cannot compromise the environment in pursuit of profit, nor should we allow the premier and his developer associates to accumulate wealth at the expense of our natural resources.
