In my opinion, anything of this nature should automatically require an environmental assessment. I think it is criminal how Doug Ford has used his political clout to bypass this system. It was put in place to protect the environment. Toronto should be looking for land that is unsuitable for farming and preferably more isolated from towns/people. Not Dresden.
