I am horrified by the prospect of anyone even suggesting a Bill like Bill 5. The environment is not an afterthought to your economic development plans. Decimating our precious resources and land, eliminating our biodiversity, is NOT the way forward for Ontarians. We need to be progressive, and aggressive, in protecting our land. Not only that, but the idea also that Premier Ford should be above any law - municipal or provincial - in order to achieve his desired end - is atrocious! Labour laws must be upheld to the highest regard. Health and safety above all else. And the environment which SUSTAINS Ontarians must not be disrespected.
